Our town is built around the lake, as you might expect. As such, the downtown area has all sorts of interesting attractions, like port access, the historic lighthouse, and fishing charters that you can rent for a day.
You can also enjoy a trip to the beach to catch some sun and some Zs. You can launch your personal watercraft here, or rent one out.
The Barn Theatre is located on the grounds of the Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum. Since 1980 they have been providing quality theatre to travelers and locals alike.
Shows run every weekend from June through Labor Day.
Want a little bit of history to go with the other activities on your itinerary? The Sanilac County Historic Village dives into the history of the region.
You'll walk through multiple historic buildings and enjoy learning about the culture of our town. There's an assortment of shipwreck artifacts that have been found in Lake Huron too.
